It is actually bad to use face cleansers ihe long run because it dries out your face, opens it to dirt and oil, and creates wrinkles sooner. What is good is to wash your face with warm water and hypoallergenic soap every other day.

You need to get natural, products. with the pollutions today we need to keep our skin clean. Water alone won't do it.
Read the labels and check out on the net, exactly what the products in the skin care are. But you need a little moisturiser too. But not too much, a very light one, which is for sensitive skin. Again, go for products that have only natural ingredients. No chemicals. And keep away from junk food. Drink plenty of water, no fizzy drinks, lots of veggies, salad and fruit.

1] buy a face wash, sunscreen, and moisturizer for sensitive skin, like Olay.
2] wash and sunscreen in AM, wash and moisturize in PM [ my face is actually less oily if I use moisturizer at night - it's like my skin knows it doesn't have to produce as much! ]
3] use an acne cream or gel for individual zits
4] exfoliate with sensitive skin formula Aapri or St Ives apricot scrub 2 - 3 times a week
5] avoid all fried, fast, and junk food, even diet junk food
6] take a multivitamin with minerals every day
7] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
8] buy translucent CornSilk powder [ WalMart ] to absorb some of the oil
9] make sure all makeup is for sensitive skin, and non-comedogenic [ doesn't cause zits ]

Nooo if you have oily skin and are prone to pimples, you need to use something to help clear your face up. Have you tried Neutrogena Acne Wash? Also it sounds like you could benefit from using an astringent. Good luck.

i have the same problem as you. i got very very frustrated with it and my mother took me to a lady who does facials, she tried products on me and they worked wonderfully, and the best part is that you can have them ordered for you. they are a bit costly, but they work really well. they are mostly made out of natural ingrediants and no harsh chemicals that can dry out your skin, since i have started using these products my skin is 100% better. worse comes to worse make an appt. with a dermatologist, after all, that is their job to deal with problem skin.
