No, faith has nothing to do with the brain or mind..we are mind, body and spirit.....people who know God are in touch with their spiritual side....the side that atheists ignore or don't understand....all the knowledge in the world cannot save you if you do not know God. And you can not know God with your mind or body because God is spirit and is spiritually discerned and so are the scriptures...you can read them, but you won't understand them without the Holy Spirit....and he only comes to you after you have faith in Jesus Christ.

But God has given everyone a measure of faith to believe in him. So you have what you need right now, to turn to him. Just as you are. When you come to him, he will reveal himself to you in a way you will understand.

Well I sure hope you mean in a way of just different and not "special," cuz that would be kind of ignorant.

But no...the brain has certain functions that are key to certain areas. Beliefs and stuff are in the same spot for everyone, some people just have more of a need for religion then others.

that is an apparently line of inquiry, to assert the least. As all of us be conscious of a lot of our proclivities, that we usually ascribe to socialization, may additionally get up by inherited characteristics. I doubt there is something referred to as a God gene, yet there may well be a genetic predisposition in some people to look for comforting protection in authority figures. We see this trait in lots of animals. canines, to illustrate, tend to be %. animals whose communities have a pecking order. canines look for out management, no be counted if that is in a %. of canines, or interior of a kin. canines are prepared in looking out which individual in a kin is dominate, and which canines in a %. is the chief. then you definitely've animals, alongside with tigers, which seem loners, who have not have been given any desire for protection or authority of any type. perhaps if this type of trait distinction exists between species, perhaps those comparable alterations additionally get up in the human species. In different words, there perhaps many people who've a genetic inclination to detect a frontrunner - to seem for a pecking order, and that tendency has a tendency to create fictional beings, while human government now not fulfill. Then there are different people who seem too autonomous as to require a dominant parent of their life. they are completely happy with the certainty that they may well be on my own in this universe. As with maximum behavioral phenomeon, i don't think of we are in a position to chalk up each tendency to organic genetics, or environmental conditioning. i think of there's a mix of the two forces at play here.
