As I research many mystries and legends that involve cures and spiritual healing I touched a wall in the valley of Jerusalem outside the enterance to the wailing wall. And spit up a slimmy substance and I could breath. What do you think happened?

Sounds like you experienced a mild form of the "Jerusalem Syndrome".

The history and religious significance of Jerusalem causes some people to experience emotional changes that can progress to psychosis. The police and psychiatrists in Jerusalem frequently deal with those who think they are prophets.

I do not think that there is any such thing as a place which by itself is holy or magical or spiritual. If you harbour in your mind, such beliefs that a particular place happen to be "holy" then you tend to see and perceive things. It is a mind over matter thing. Its entirely to do with your mind. The wailing wall is nothing more than a piece of remnants of the past - yes, it is important in terms of history and very rich in itself in those terms. But the God who ruled and still rules, would rather that those who worship Him sorship Him in truth and in spirit. Moreover, the world is not a place where the God of them would dwell in. Rather His spirit dwells in the hearts of those who beieve in Him and not in remanants of the past. I guess a lot of people will disagree but then there would be less bloodshed if people do accept that the Creator God is a God of love and peace. A very controvesial subject indeed.
