I am 20, and I want to get a tattoo on my arm, but i am worried if over time, I work out more or i get fatter, my arms may get biggger, will it stretch out the tattoo really bad? If I loose the weight will it go back to normal or always be streched out?

I guess it is different for every one else. I have a tattoo on my hip and I just had a baby and I gained alot of weight during my pregnacy and it still looks hot

The tattoo may change as your body changes in size but only slightly. Even as you increase you body size in extreme cases whether you put on considerable muscle mass or fatty tissue you may only notice a slight difference. If the tattoo did increase in size you’d probably be a candidate for The Guinness World Records. Good luck and enjoy your tat!

No i got mine when i was 22 and my weight has been going up and down through the years and iam 36 and weigh 145.They all (3) still look the same even my husband initials on my bottom. You always want to take care of the skin.

after u get this tattoo and u get fatter it depends on how much fatter we r talking about then when u loose weight it might not go back but if u don't gain alot of wieght u should be alright

My niece has a tattoo on her hip. Pregnancy stretched it out and it never "went back to normal". She ended up having to have it "fixed" into some kind of abstract design. What a mess.

the artwork will strech with the skin over time and if u lose weight it should go back to the original size unless u have lots of loose skin
