especially in Pa? What if you do not carry any id with you and a cop busts you for trespassing, what are the consequences? A slap on the wrist? I am simply talking about using a community swimming pool late at night when it's closed.

are you an illegal alien?

Well I'm kind of a racist when it comes to bugs. The death penalty depends on what kind they are. Spiders don't get a chance at an appeal. Same with mosquitoes. But any other kind will most likely get away. Unless they're buggin me or my toddler aged girls. There ain't a man alive who would rather listen to the high pitched scream of a three year old girl over smashing a bug into oblivion.

Well my friend it all depends on the action that the officer took first. Did he/she arrest you? Or did they issue you a ticket/citation. I take it that you are not in the slammer right now so your charges can not be that serious. worst case scenario you could be charged with a misdemeanor and get a small fine under $500 and perhaps community service. However honestly I doubt that you have much to worry about since you are free now. also don.t sweat the I.D. either its not that big of a deal. unless your not telling us the WHOLE story . so good luck and stop stressing out your not going to get any time behind bars.

There's a good chance if they caught y ou doing laps they would just give you a ticket, make sure you bring your ID. If you are without ID and just wandering around, they will put you throough the system to make sure you're not wanted or carrying. Really, though, you shouldn't do it and this advice is no guarantee.

it is not simple as you put it. there are insurance laws / hours of a pool. they will want to make a big deal because this kind of thing sets precedents. if one kid gets away with it / other kids will try it. question of time before there is an injury/drowning / lawsuit .

if you are in a planning stage / do not do it. if you have already done it , you will have to discuss with your parents. see what action is taken.
Good Luck.

Just dont do it. You go to jail for at least a night, then to court, and then a huge expensive lawyer fee if you dont want to go to jail for a year. Just dont do it.
