you got it wrong in the question. Angels do have a free will. And Satan had (and has) a free will. And humans have a free will. Everyone will have to make this decision for themselves.
that should answer your first question.
Satan does not serve God. But God, Who knows everything including the future, has included satan's wrongdoings into His plan already. Meanwhile the devil is not doing God's will, he is not doing anything unexpected either.
There is no such a thing as 'unworthy' humans. God loves everyone. And even the lowest (by the world's or moral standards) people can become like saints if they accept God into their life. As you see, this is where we go back to the whole 'Free Will' thingy; everyone makes a decision for themselves.
Bible is an amazing Book, and i hope i helped you understand it at least a little bit more.

I do not know where you got the idea that angels do not have free will, because they do. Satan was not the only one that turned against God. One third of the angels that God created also turned against God becoming demons.
We have two known dimensions, the physical realm and the spiritual realm. Humans were created to live in the physical realm, not in heaven. So, think of us as if we were the citizens of God's country and the angels are the God's soldiers. There another group in Heaven, however, compose of 144000 humans transformed into spirit, who will rule earth with Jesus for 1000 years. Their positions is higher than the angels in Heaven. I do not believe we are going to Heaven when we die, but we are resurrected after the Jesus return to live everlastingly on Earth. The way we were originally design.

I'm still trying to find out where the bible says any of that stuff. God created man to keep and overhead his creation, Angels do have free will, Satan fell in an attempt to overthrow God, and God allows him to prove His saints of thier faith on occasion.

W o W "understanding the Bible" (at end)
you could get bombarded with good and bad answers.
Angels have a free will - Satan rejected God's leadership, Isaiah 14:13 etc.
God has His purpose working in spite of evil, Knowing how events will lead.
People will always REJECT God and His LOVE.
Identity is what we appear to hold most valuable, or a membership.
God's warrior is only someone whom you would meet and enjoy on the street, at your job, in a class. They KNOW Jesus.
If you do not understand LOVE, how are you to understand JESUS? What about JOY?
A simple ANSWER to YOUR question starts at the back of the Bible, in the "1st Letter of John".
1st 3 verses would hold up in your Court of Opinion. In verse 2 you might find the Purpose of the Bible.
Read it here - http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?boo...
here 1st 4 verses, as in most Bibles:
---- ** 1 John 1st chapter **
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we proclaim concerning the Word of life.
2 The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us.
3 We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.
4 We write this to make our [a] joy complete.
FREE WILL is your choice to do right or wrong. A SEARED conscience is "burnt" with wrong choices that focus our path against God. God BREAKS people along those paths till they have no hope in this world. Humility or death, yes.
God PREDESTINED events to prove His GLORY in Omniscience - He wants all people to know Him, but He has given free will to choose - He "knows" who will do either, and who needs a little help in understanding.
THE PROBLEM is that the DEMONSTRATION has been ineffective in human vessels, BC and AD. So, be prepared for MASSIVE problems in a world society joined in ONE government for at least 5 of 7 years.
THEN, the DEMONSTRATION will prove that even if you SEE GOD for 1000 years, people will still reject God.

Angels have free will. They rebelled along with Satan in the first earth age. We are now living in the 2nd earth age as a result.

Satan does NOT serve God. He used to be a good guy...but then he went the wrong way. Unfortunately, God had given Satan alot of power, because he trusted him. But once Satan got his power, he turned away from God and started doing wrong.

No entity can weed out the "unworthy" because all of us are unworthy unless we have become born again and serve God because of the sacrifice of His Only Begotten Son Jesus the Christ (Anointed). Only then do we become whole and blameless in the presence of a Holy God.

I would think that if Lucifer was actually doing God's will...then it is GODS fault for the Fall of Man and all the other 'evil' things that the "Devil' did to us humans...because it was God's will...right? Also, if God truly did demand that Lucifer rebel, he not only caused his most powerful (and to that extent, DEVOUT, if you consider the repercussions of having to seemingly stage a coup and then be la bled as the worst of the worst for all eternity...that takes devotion) into eternal agony, and by extent the entire WORLD into agony...so why do Christians still worship this God when he made all of our lives miserable, but also made his most devoted servant the worst 'traitor' in the history of mythology?

Yes, God created humans - we are all literally his spirit children and have been sent to earth to, amongst other reasons, obtain a body.
Yes, 'Free Will' or "agency" is the ability and privilege God gives us to choose and to act for ourselves. Agency is essential in the plan of salvation. Without it, we would not be able to learn or progress or follow the Savior.
I don't know where you get the understanding that angels do not have free will.
In our pre-mortal existence, we lived in the presence of our Heavenly Father as one of His spirit children. In this premortal existence, we attended a council with Heavenly Father's other spirit children. At that council, Heavenly Father presented His great plan of happiness.
In harmony with the plan of happiness, the premortal Jesus Christ, the Firstborn Son of the Father in the spirit, covenanted to be the Savior. Those who followed Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ were permitted to come to the earth to experience mortality and progress toward eternal life. Lucifer, another spirit son of God, rebelled against the plan and "sought to destroy the agency of man." He became Satan, and he and his followers were cast out of heaven and denied the privileges of receiving a physical body and experiencing mortality.
Throughout our premortal lives, we developed our identity and increased our spiritual capabilities. Blessed with the gift of agency, we made important decisions, such as the decision to follow Heavenly Father's plan. These decisions affected our life then and now. We grew in intelligence and learned to love the truth, and we prepared to come to the earth, where we could continue to progress.
Hopefully this helps clear up the misunderstanding.

I don't know who told you angels do not have free will... you rightly pointed out that it was by exercising their free will that Satan and demons came about in the first place.
