anything with a high fat content such as full cream milk or peanut butter.the fat actually breaks down the spice molecules - it really does work! bought my husband some Dave's insanity sauce and he went an unpleasant shade of purple shortly after eating it , resolved only by a huge gulp of milk and a desert spoon of peanut butter.wish I'd let him suffer a bit more now though................he he he he he he he he he
