Yes you can. Your clearance stays in the national database (JPAS). A secret clearance is good for ten years. Any government agency will accept it. If you get out and later go back in, your clearance will be still be there provided it is within the time-frame.

You can bring, store and keep your security clearance even if you are already out of the military.

If you have held a clearance within the past 24 months - all it takes to re-instate it is a JPAS entry.
Technically, a security clearance is made up of two things: an _eligibility_ for access to classified material and a _need_ to access classified material.
When you ETS - your need to access classified material goes away but your eligibility remains.

Military security clearance expires upon ETS from service.
If you apply for a contract job or civil service job you will have to fill out more paperwork to re-initiate a new clearance.

FLIGHT LINE BADGE AND SECURITY CLEARANCE ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS BUT YOU DON'T GET TO KEEP EITHER ONE. HOWEVER IF YOU GET A JOB WHERE YOU NEED A CLEARANCE THE PROCESS WILL BE A LOT QUICKER BE CAUSE THEY WILL REVIEW YOUR RECORDS AND NOT HAVE TO REPEAT THE WHOLE PROCESS
