I guess it depends, I'm in the army, and talk like a soldier, so Id say during the work week, easily every conversation I have involves some kind of "bad word." I don't swear during conversations where it would be inappropriate (to my commander and such) and when my little girl started repeating everything she heard, I stopped swearing at home.

Hmmm great question... I think I say less Mon-Fri... because Im at work... and maybe after work maybe a couple will slip out I'd say Mon-Fri Daily Average about 10
and Saturday & Sunday probably about 20 just because im not in a proffesional environment where it is required to speak properly..
