Test pipe is not for sale anymore,federal law makes it illegal.Still want it,go to a muffler shop,ask to see if they will make one for you but watch their behind.

Instead of placing a test pipe in the line, take the converter off and look inside of the can. If it is the kind of converter with the honeycomb inside you should be able to see right through it to the other side. If the engine controls are bad on the engine you would see areas of the honeycomb material that would look like it was welded inside. The honeycomb might be clogged with carbon or particles etc. Find an unused vacuum port on the engine a place a vacuum gauge on it. Start the engine and rev it up and see if the gauge starts out okay but slowly goes down toward zero. If it drops off and the engine stalls or runs poorly there is a restriction in the system. If the vacuum holds steady and does not drop, there is no restriction in the exhaust system and the cat is probably okay.

don't think you can buy a test pipe anymore illegal to run them on a car but if you know the size of each end and the length you need just go to a muffle shop and tell them you need a pipe that size just don't tell them what it is for or they might not sell you 1

two might be required? to replace both cat converters.
