Just o up to her and begin a conversation. A good starter is to talk about the weather, or talk about something you may have in common, ie the location you are in, the circumstances you are both experiencing etc. Do not be too worried about what to say, the important thing is to say anything. if she is interested in you back, she will show it by responding to ANYTHING you say.

You need to ask her a random question to start things off. Some good topics to talk about are activities, sports, school, etc.
Don't act shy and make sure you let her do most of the talking and be the first to walk away and leave her wanting more.

u should talk to her like she's 1 of you're friends but no nasty stuff ,like when u talk to 1 of you'refriends u make jokes and stuff right so use it on girls ,but if you're unatractive then maybe it might not work oh yeah try to watch THE PICK UP ARTIST at VH1 it tells u how to get girls and stuff

Well, is she from your school, in your class?.. If so, you could get to know her by talking about a School Team, such as cheerleading club etc...
Be yourself, dont try to be funny... trying to be funny and failing = into her "your wierd" book straight off.
