Iced tea is much better for you in the long run.
Soda has too much sugar, and it does not contain any health benefits whatsoever.
Which has more caffeine? That would depend on what type of tea you decide to use. There are some types of tea (black, for instance) that have more caffeine than others.
Which is healthier? Definitely tea.

I remember reading some time ago, that tea has slightly more caffeine than pepsi or coke. I assume this goes for iced tea.
Nevertheless, I prefer iced tea (as long as it's not one of those
types that have corn syrup and other gunk added to it), with a half-pack of sugar.
I think it's healthier (any kind of tea has antioxidants) that the carbonated and caffeinated beverages and their added ingredients - sugar as well as aspartane and other artificial sweeteners, colorants, texturizers and flavor enhancers.

Keep in mind that tea has Naturally occurring caffeine and all caffeine containing sodas have it added to them chemically.
Iced tea is DEFINITELY better for you, especially unsweetened. If you crave the sweet taste, I would suggest brewing your own with 2 black tea bags and 2 herbal/fruit teabags like (celestial seasonings kiwi strawberry or red zinger). The herbal/fruit teas make it sweet without sugar, really!, and you still get the refreshing black iced tea taste too. Tea also has antioxidant properties and quenches thirst far better than any sugar laden carbonated beverage will.

Iced tea has fewer calories and is better for you if you drink it without adding sugar.
You should try green tea, you can make it just like iced tea but you use green tea bags. It tastes about the same and it's better for you!!

caffeine-wise I think they are all equal. However, iced tea doesn't have carbonation, which can really mess up your stomach and it does have some health benefits
