I love my man very much, but he has a hard time express his feelings to me. I think he is a manly man and love to keep all his feelings inside.
He love to write poems for me though. He wrote over 30 poems during our separation (distance and circumstance). We are still separated and keep in touch as friends.
I think he love to read stuffs on my website. Last week, I wrote to my girlfriend that it hurt and kill me inside that my man and I are separated and not sure that we will able to be together.
Next day I saw he wrote two sad poetries about moving on (I guess he does not want us to feel more hurt and linger). I try to ask him why he wrote the moving on and sad poems. But he does not want to tell me. why did he write the poems? Do you think he still love me? What should I do

i do that too.
he still loves u but was probably confused or sadened that he feels weak to hlp the situation manly men bcum saddened when faced with a challenge they cant control or conquer

Judging from you typing, i would think you were a young girl? Or teenager?
If so then long distance relationships wont work out, you need to be older to understand what you really want and need.
If you are and adult ( i mean this as 22+yrs old) then
a) maybe he's right. it's just too hard to work out a long distance relationship. Some people just can't do it.
or
b) if you've been together for awhile and know eachother well, maybe you or he could make the first step in moving in together; that way the distance problem is eliminated. Just ask, not pressure; He may not be ready for the commitment.
If he ever did love you (idk if he did) then he wouldn't change his feelings over night. He might have wrote the poems because he WAS truely tired of hearing of you sad and didn't like to hurt you, whether intentional or not.
The best way to find out it simple: Ask him!

I don't know you or your partner very well so that is a challenge.
Deep down in every woman's gut is an instinct and ability to read beyond what our partner is saying. Sometimes this isn't exactly what we want to hear. What do you think he is trying to tell you? Are you overanalyzing the situation. Chances are, if he's ready to call it quits these are the only signs and signals that you've received. Be open and ready to talk, actively listen. Chances are there is something there that you missed, or it was simply a poem that meant nothing or possibly that he was "moving on" from a different difficult situation.

It is kind of hard to tell if he still likes you, or if he really just wants to move on. I honestly think that he still loves you, but doesnt want to hurt your feelings anymore, so thats why I think he wrote the poems.

I think he wrote them to help you move on. I think he still loves you and he doesn't want you to be sad, so he wrote the poems about moving on when you said you missed him.

He is reacting to what he read on your website. I am going through something somewhat like this, and it's frustrating when the other person will not say what is truly making them feel the way they do. There is not much that can be done - though - when only one wants to honestly communicate. Ask him one more time what the future means to him....if he will not open up to you, it will be time to move on.

In most of my relationships, my boyfriend and I have kept a book-a notebook/journal of sorts where we both write whatever happens to be going through our heads. Often we write about things that we don't feel we can say to one another. It makes communication a lot better. It seems as though he still cares about you and that he is upset over losing you. There just needs to be more communication between you two it seems. Best of luck!

I think what you need to do is ask him, because to me it sounds like he is trying to move on. I am sorry I know that hurts, but that is just what came to my mind when I read your question. I could be wrong, but the only way for you to know for sure is to ask him, because none of us can tell you how he feels. I wish you the best luck with this!

He is trying to tell yo to move on, but cant tell you because he cares about how you feel. He also wants you to know that he would take the time to write something heartfelt if it would make it easier for you.

People have a tendency to strike first, to avoid being hurt themselves.
Chances are he is putting himself through a mental break up.
Tell him how You Feel, don't expect him to tell you but watch for his poetry that will tell you what you are looking for.
