will this help me lose weight and keep me healthy or would i have to eat more or less? and i only drink water and sometimes milk .oh and im 15 and need about 1,800 calories a day .
breakfast-oatmeal
snack- 2 apples or 2 cups of fruit
lunch -nut crunch bar
snack- granola bar or cup of yougurt
dinner- a chicken salad or baked potatoe or some meat with cup of veggies or fruit

I have a change in life.
I am eating early for the metobalism read lots on this recently
and not hungry late.
also when I used to eat supper only got fat and see the chub is less.
the pants are not as snug in the belly
so continue your program

sounds like a pretty healthy plan, but you might want to add a little more protein to it. just don't add all that bad stuff to the potato. You can drink more milk; it has lots of protein and if you get the fat free kind, it's pretty safe. A person your age needs extra calcium.

Sounds like a good diet. Remember to eat every 3 hours, and if I were you I would eat some egg whites with your oatmeal because you need protein right when you wake up.

Not enough protein, you need protein with every meal. This will help with keeping you from being hungry and keep you satisfied. You don't have enough vegetables in your diet either.

i dont think a candy bar is a good lunch so maybe you could have a sandwich or somethin normal. everythin else is ok though.

every thing is okay but the crunch bar and the potato, potatoes are bad for you.

a baked potato is NOT bad for you. as long as you don't put anything on it like regular butter or sour cream.
