What you can do is:

- Click All Programs
- Choose Accessories
- System Tools
- Disk Cleanup
- Choose C Drive

A window pops up and says it's calculating, just wait and then another window comes up and it'll ask you which ones you wanna clean up. place a check mark on the following:

- Temporary Internet Files
- Recycle Bin
- Temporary Files
- WebClient/Publisher Temporary Files
- Compress Old Files
- Catalog Files for the Content Indexer

Click on OK and then Yes. This should clean up your hard drive. You should do this every week or you can add it to your scheduled tasks under Control Panel.

Another thing is that go to your My Documents and then delete all the files that you don't need. Youc an also go to Control Panel and then Add/Remove Programs and then uninstall all the programs that you won't need or use. Be careful coz you might delete programs that are necessary for your pc. This makes your hard drive run faster. One more thing is that do Disk Defragmenter unter the System Tools Under All Programs and then Accessories. Choose C Drive and then OK and it starts analyzing and then it defragments the c drive of your pc. Good luck!

Use Disk Cleaner, right clikc the disk and select properties then select clean disk.

Your best bet is to Erase and Install.
This will leave you with just the Operating System and nothing else.
