I have tried everything while TRYING to set this up, I don't know what to put for the Microsoft Exchange Server or the Mailbox... Can anyone help?

The MS Exchange Server is for those who are networked - as in an office environment. For home use you want the other option.
Go to this link. You don't mention which version you are using so check this page for the appropriate one.

Why don't you check your Internet service provider,they normally have a page with all the setting you need

if your mail is pop server put ...in pop-server
out smtp-server
