I just started school last monday and on the second day of school we had vball tryouts at 7:30 am. We've had tryouts everymorning this week and everything that i eat for breakfast makes me sick to my stomach but not eating is worse because lunch is at 1:15. On wednsday we ran a mile and i practicly threw up which has never happened be4. Does anyone kno y i feel sick and what breakfast food is the best 2 eat? Thanx!!!

Eat something light for breakfast-probably not fruit because it is high in natural sugar, and burns off easily, leaving you hungrier. I used to get sick every morning when I ate breakfast, because my body wasn't awake yet and wasn't hungry. It still felt like it was full from dinner.

Maybe try something like cereal or instant oatmeal. Oatmeal is the best because a small amount fills you up.

Is there any possibility that you could be pregnant as well?

Why don't you try having a smoothie or breakfast drink in the morning instead of actually eating real food, maybe they will be lighter on your stomach. As for why it hurts, maybe you are nervous about something, or maybe these workouts are straining your body. It could also be that you are waking up earlier than you did in the summer.
