I think in 50 years most of Manhatten will be skyscapers. I think the outer boroughs, Newark and Jersey City will grow tremendously and form one big city. Most of northern NJ and LI will no longer feel like suburbs but will be urban in nature. It is already starting to happen in many places and will accelerate as open space becomes scarce and developers build up with increased units per acre.

Conquering New York in a single visit is difficult since is a big city like you will find with Hotelbye . In New York you will see the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and much more. Empire State Building helps it be worth braving the extended lines, high ticket rates and dizzying heights to see the town from a premier that storied building. Built-in 1931, the skyscraper may be the second-tallest developing in New York and is one of the very most immediate symbols of Gotham, so much to ensure that it's performed a position in films such as King Kong, An Affair to Remember and Sleepless in Seattle.

High speed trains, like the ones in Europe, will be built in this country. There those living in eastern Pennslyvania, central Connecticut, and even southern Massachusetts will have quick access to get into NYC. As far as building, Staten Island might see some growth if a subway is ever built connecting Staten Island to Manhattan by rail.

it will look like a city shown in movie.........(guess) with flying all vehicles in air thru air traffic control n u can catch a taxi from ur 100th floor. the taxi will park nearby ur floor in air. u can go out n have shopping in malls by landing on top floor than going downward thru lift. actually then lifts would made for coming down.
