Ok starting with your moms family (excluding ur moms parents,including her siblings) and ending with your own(including yourself,your kids & your cousins and your cousins kids)-
like my mom had 3 bros 1 sis, from them comes 14 cousins- girls-9,boys-5, from them 5 boys 4 girls and one unknown on the way, so all together thats 13 boys, 15 girls one in the oven and overall more females than males, so what is your fam, more males or females? If you have the patience, Id love to see your number, like 15-girls,13boys or whatever it is!

Mom was an only child. Dad had 4 brothers, 0 sisters. Those 5 brothers had 20 kids between them, 18 boys and 2 girls. Those 20 kids at this point have 7 kids between them, all boys.
Breakdown of 3 generations: 29 boys and 2 girls.
My surname will not die out any time soon.

Mom---6 sisters
12 cousins

well my mom has 2 brothers and 1 sister. myself i have 2 brothers and 1 sister as well but all from different dads, and 7 cousins - 5 girls and 2 boys and 1 on the way thats also a boy. 2 of my cousins have 3 kids between them which are all girls so thats....7 boys 11 girls? why did u wana know? hope it helps

My Mom's parents had 6 girls, 2 boys. My Mom had 3 boys, 2 girls. I had 1 of each. My daughter had 2 boys, 1 girl. So, that is 10 girls and 8 boys.
I can't even begin to list all the cousins. Each of my Mom's sisters had multiple kids.

Mom - 2 brothers, 1 sister. Dad - 5 sisters, 2 brothers. Cousins on moms side from her siblings - 4, - 3 boys, 1 girl.
Cousins on dads side from his siblings - 20, - 12 boys, 8 girls
My siblings total there are 4 of us... 2 boys, 2 girls
Cousins kids - Total 51 - Boys - 30 Girls - 22
So, all in all, to date - Boys - 50 Girls - 38

Imy mom has 1 sister and 3 brothers my dad has 2 sisters I have 2 brothers and 7 immid. cousins(both sides)
My husband has 1 brother 2 sisters his mom has 1 bro 1 sis. His dad has 6 bro and 6 sis and i cant even begin to caount cousins because each of his dads sibs have at least 3 kids each. But It is about even there
But I have 3 daughters and 2 grand daughters and we have 5 nieces 6 nephews so alot of people around on holidays.

My mom has 2 bros. (no kids) and 1 sis who has 2 sons and 1 granddaughter. I am the only child for my mom. I have no children
Father has 2 bros, 2 sis, has 2 daughters (incls myself): gives me 25 cousins, it adds up to 16 males & 15 females.

You know all depends the people who love kinds my family for example are 2 girls 2 boys include but my mother side are to many females that men and in total cousin are to many they 14 and 10 boys.. now you know are in this world in this differents

I'm one of 5, 3 girls 2 boys. None of them but me had kids, and I have 1 girl and 1 boy.
My cousins 1 boy and 1 girl, each had 1 child both are boys.

Too much digging into my large family history. Mom has 4 brothers and 2 sisters which all had large families. Dad has 7 brothers all with large families. I still have cousins everywhere that I haven't even met yet. I have two sister both with large families. And I have two sons and one deceased daughter.
