Accents are a matter of opinion. I am American. If I spoke to a Cuban here in America, I would say they had a Cuban accent, but if I went to England, they would think that I have an American Accent.
So everyone on Earth speaks with an accent of some sort.

Everyone has an accent, even if they are used to it enough that they don't think they have one.
Not sure how to suggest "what kind"... Uh, Northeast U.S. but not New England? Delaware... sound more like Connecticut and other places, including many in Southern CA.

Everyone speaks with an accent. If you're from the midwest you'll speak with an accent to someone from Scotland, if you're from Florida you'll speak with an accent to someone from South Africa.
I speak with a mostly "middle class" southern UK accent, with a hint of westcountry.

Yup, I have a little bit of Eastern shore accent *just a hint*. My O's are long and I drop hard sounds off the end of words sometimes. I'm a redneck, what can I say? lol ;)

Depends. When I'm in NY I sound like everybody else. When I'm in Georgia or England, yes I have an accent.

We all speak with some kind of accent, depending on who is listening. I am from the midwest and to southerners I sound funny and they do to me (not funny, ha ha, just different)

everyone has an accent,a manchester person has a Manchester accent,a lLverpool person has a scouse accent,Birmingham people have a brummie accent,and so on and so on.
A lot of people dont think they have got an accent,I dont,but if I go anywhere i get asked if I'm from Manchester,and I am,so I must have.
