YOU NEED A CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT, AND HAVE THE GEARS CHECK, YOU MAY HAVE CHIPPED A TOOTH OR TWO ON THE GEARS. CHANGE THE FLUID AND PUT IN AN ADDATIVE THAT LUBRICATES AND QUIETS IT DOWN. THEN ADJUST THE CLUTCH TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE AND IT SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO.

It might be the throw out bearing going out on you. Take it to a transmission shop and have them take a look.

With the transmission in neutral and the engine running, push in on the clutch. Do you have the grinding now? IF so, then it is most likely the throw out bearing

throw out bearing is shot--get that and all the rest of the clutch done at one time--then you will have years of good running--all in one days amount of work
