600 calories a day?? That will only make things worse in the long run. Try eating around 300 cal meals 5-6 times a day.

Don't worry about your weight. Just because you two are the same height doesn't mean that you carry your weight the same way. If you wear a size 11/12 you sound perfect to me. Eating too few calories can backfire, you know. Your body goes into "starvation mode" and your metabolism slows down. Do this too many times and your metabolism is messed up completely.. Doesn't know when to store and when to burn. Eat a little less, exercise more and be happy with who you are inside and out. I am overweight by the charts, but look and feel good. I exercise hard three times a week and am firm and curvy. My boyfriend is not attracted to skinny girls at all and lots of men aren't. Stop comparing yourself to others; there will always be some who look better and lots who look worse. You are you!!!

you are definately not fat. what you are doing is extremely unhealthy. your body needs on avg 2100-2400 calories a day. a healthier way to loose the 14lbs that you were talking about would be to eat healthier. things such as vegetables, fruits, and greens. if you try and base your daily intake around the Food pyramid that i have provided i think it will help you and its a lot safer. By the way just because sage weighs less then you do that doesnt mean her weight is the right weight. the way to loose healthily is eating right and portion control.
