With Hulk's money, is it right to assume there will either be no criminal charges, or a light ticket?

A ticket is the least of Hulks problems.
With his money, the friend probably has a string of lawyers begging to let them take the case so they can sue. Lawyers love deep pockets - Hulks got lots of personal assets and hopefully big insurance limits.

Well money usually gets you out of anything. What do I think about the car accident? He's a kid...racing...like all other teens or young adults do or have done. It's sad that the passenger got hurt but accidents like that happen. Hopefully he learns and is more careful...enough said.

I would think that they are waiting to determine if the freind dies before charging ?
It sounds like it was an accident . He was speeding too fast / but doesn't sound like drunken / reckless sort of driving ?
