The skin on my neck is rough and turning a black color. it looks liek it's dirty but its not it will not come off.
i am white BTW
is it a rash or something?

i just noticed it rubs off if i scrub hard..is that normal for ur neck to get dirty like that!!!

Acanthosis Nigricans. That's what it sounds like you are describing. Google it. It's usually associated with insulin resistance, but there's other causes.

Sounds like it's the "or something"- that you mentioned. You'd better have a Nurse check it out. Things that turn "black" on the body -are usually things that need to be looked at. Yesterday.
