I do not dislike immigrants. I love Peter from Australia; Maria and Roberto from Mexico; Francis who was torn from his family in the Sudan and became a slave; Andrew previously of New Zealand; Alejandro from Cuba; Abrey from Germany; Miko from Japan; etc.

I have no issue with the fact that they came here making a better life for their families, I think it is very admirable. I am amazed at what some of these people had to go through to get to the states. I even appreciate how frustrating it is for them to become citizens (a little of half are now complete citizens of the United States of America, the rest are still working towards that goal).

I am in awe of the fact that all of them speak at least two languages, and one speaks an amazing 9!

I know them to all be hard workers, honest and law abiding, and thrilled with the opportunity before them. More than one has laughed at how lazy Americans are; and was asked if most Americans expect the dream on a platter or china.

Nope, don't like immigrants and I don't hate illegals either. I do hate the fact that we refuse to make our border secure, and that people come here illegally, for any reason. Don't tell me how hard it is to get here; I have heard the stories from those who have done it.

You might want to read this, and then tell me that you really think we shouldn't keep some legal spots for people who truly need it.

1) You forgot the word ILLEGAL in your question.
2) Do you know that this question has been asked a million times?
3) Check your grammar. "They're just trying to make"
4) Americans aren't buying the sorry excuse of "illegals just want a better life" and "they are hard workers"
5) There is the RIGHT way of coming to the US and a WRONG way. Illegals are doing it the WRONG way!

Its no the fact that, there bad people is that because there are a small group of these immigrants that are running away from some bad actions that they have done in there own country and, for that to not happen they should have a legal documents and its not just south America there are many people for other countries from the old continent that also past the boarder though Mexico

1. President Fox and the Mexican government benefit by pushing off as many of Mexico's extremely poor and poorly educated as possible. You wonder why? Because these illegal immigrants mail back an estimated 20 Billion dollars a year into the Mexican economy. President Fox also uses the US Social Services programs to benefit his Citizens ( illegal aliens in OUR country ) with US Tax Dollars to the tune of 70 BILLION dollars YEARLY.

2. President Fox has been spending millions in the USA to pro illegal immigration groups and an American based Ad agency to boost the perception of illegal immigration to trusting Americans. Its simply a business decision. Spend a few Million and he continues to get 20 Billion a year in returns. Is it any wonder that in one rally they are destroying American flags, made threats to hurt our economy and schools, then next all wearing white and drape themselves in American flags. They are well trained to "pull at the heart strings" of America for the sympathy vote. Don’t fall for it. Do what is right for AMERICA and what benefits AMERICA.

3. President Fox and the Mexican Government have been involved in all aspects of assisting these illegal aliens to enter our country. Even making a booklet to the poor to give hints on how to enter illegally, what to do, who to contact, dangers, if you get caught etc... Below is a copy of one of 32 page booklet.

Nobody said that they dislike immigrants. People dislike illegal immigrants because they should not be coming into our country the way that they come in. they should come in the right way. There is a difference between legal and illegal immigrants

I don't dislike immigrants. My grandparents are from Italy and hence I am here because of them. I don't like the ILLEAGAL immigrant population. Not as people but as people who are breaking the laws of my country. Worse yet are the ILLEAGAL CRIMINAL IMMIGRANTS!!! Not only are they criminals in their homeland but they take up shop here and suck off of the services that are there to help people get through hard times....while they sell dope and kill and rob. I know that we as Americans have our trash to deal with and that criminals come in every shape, size, color, etc etc. But I know that if our immigration laws were enforced as they are supposed to be (and are starting to be now...friggin liberals complaining about the ICE raids...I applaud their efforts.) I am not a heartless guy though...I feel bad when families get disrupted and all that blah blah blah stuff but let's not lose sight THEY ARE HERE I L L E A G L L Y!!!!!!!! The preservation of my country is #1 priority. I don't even care that things are bilingual....spanish like english is a world wide language HOWEVER, I think that anyone who takes up residence here NEEDS TO LEARN ENGLISH!! A unified country needs a unified language. Speak spanish (or Italian I speak all three languages actually before you try to go that route) if you want but don't expect me to. You want a better future for you and your family....we all want that. Play by the rules...I know this country is far from perfect but it is much better than some of the other choices in this world. I hope you seek citizenship and play by the rules and secure a good future for yourself and your family. That's the one thing everyone seems to forget when they come here...anyone from anywhere can become a citizen of the United States of America but nowhere else can someone go and 'become' something like irish, italian, colombian, russian, etc etc. Think about that!

I don't think they should be closed out to the U.S. I just think that everyone should have to come legally. Do you think it is fair to allow people from one country to enter illegally because we can hire them for cheap labor, but not let people of other countries come in illegally? There are people from all different countries trying to come to the U.S. for a better life and they all have to do it legally. If you can not obey that one law than what makes U.S. authorities believe you will obey any laws here?

I have zero problem with legal immigrants.

I DO have a problem with illegal immigrants who violate my borders and then tell me I will have to change my country to suit them and grant them money and citizenship to reward their criminal behavior.

You would have a problem with my breaking into your house and staying there to better my life...this is not any different at all.

This whole "They are trying to better their lives" is 100% BS and doesn't matter...it's same as saying "Well to fix homeless problem we should take everyone's money and divide it equally then everyone will be housed and no more poverty....good on paper but is a recipe for super economic depression that will make EVERYONE poor+homeless.

Join us all in the real world please...Love is NOT all you need, rainbow wishes help NO ONE...this is the real world and we need real viable solutions...not 1st grader logic, cotton candy band aids and flower power.

I don't dislike "immigrants" at all.
They're here legally and can work.
Perhaps you should have said "Illegal Aliens?"
They sneak into our country illegally and break our laws.
They need to be working on making their own countries better, not sneaking into foreign countries.
And, immigration to any country is not a "right."

No one dislikes immigrants. We are all immigrants. Most people dislike the low life, illegal immigrants that broke US law in coming here. You can't pick and choose the laws you like! It is against the law--live with it!! Dropping a pup here shouldn't give you citizenship! Kick their A## out of here and allow the legal ones to come in.. No amnesty!!! USMC 60-68
