I used to weight 200 lb. and started doing Kickboxing about
6 months ago, and so far I have lost 40 lb. with a diet and doing exercise.

I lost about 45 pounds in the course of about 6-8 months by cutting out fatty foods, having smaller portion sizes, skipping snacks, and becoming a vegetarian. I went from 140 pounds to 95.

well i'm not trying to lose any weight but if i do then it's from soccer. my weight usualy just stays about the same-around 101 lbs.
