I need a helicopter that can do search and rescue missions, my family and i own a privite aircraft search company we do sar operations after th police call the search off.

You need to define your mission and then spec out an aircraft to match and then look for a vendor for that.
For example, say I decided that an MBB BO-105 would be just the thing, many police forces and life flights would agree, then I need to find people who sell those.
A quick look on Google shows a few up for grabs, I've included the first link below.
But you need to know what exactly you want first. As a business you need to consider reliability, repair and maintenance costs, fuel consumption, depreciation, insurance and all else.

If you are in the business and are asking this question on here i think you have more to worry about than finding a helicopter.
