Lately my back has been hurting when I do thing that I have to bend my back on. Back walkovers hurt that most. I rested for about a week and then took Aleve every time I went to gym. My started to feel better so i stopped taking the Aleve for two practices but on the second practice, it starting hurting again, This time not as bad, but enough for me to only do 15 that day. My coach says that I;m just really tight and my parents say to do what my coach says which is too to continue taking Aleve until the season is over and then maybe go to a doctor. What do you think? I'm 13 by the way.

If you think it is muscle pain, take a 20 minute bath in Epson Salts. If's it's a joint problem, see a chiroprator soon!

THIS SOUNDS LIKE IT MAY BE SOME TEARING OF MUSCLE TISSUE.
IF THE PAIN DOES GET BETTER IT MEANS YOUR BODY IS TRYING T HEAL THE INJURIES.
MORE PRACTICE WILL ONLY CAUSE MORE AGGRAVATION TO THE INJURY.
