Why does the Armed Forced MCSS have more articles of clothing for the new ABU Uniforms then AAFES?

I went on the AAFES website and I couldn't even find the right color camelbak. I went on the Armed Forces MCSS website and I found the right color camelbak and every other piece of gear I needed for my uniform.
