Absolutely...yes. There is so much to see, do and eat. The food is wonderful, and you don't have to look far to find find healthy food if your not into "fair food". If you eat nowhere else, you must have a meal at the Gianelli/Dinoaur BBQ stand. It is the best bbq I've ever had...now that made me hungry!

The butter sculpture in the Dairy Bldg, and the sand sculptures in the Horticulture Bldg and well worth seeing. While you're in the Dairy bldg you can get delicious, creamy chocolate milk for a quarter.

You can visit the Indian Village, watch the State Troopers' shows
see the quilts & crafts at the Art & Home Center and ride the Tram. The tram goes around the fair grounds all day (actually there are quite a few trams). I can't remember how much a day pass is, but it's cheap, and a great way to get from point A to point B without wearing out your shoes.

At night you can enjoy the grandstand show. A different, well know, performer is there every night. Carrie Underwood and Kenny Chesney are two that were there this year. The Top 10 American Idol finalists were there also.

There is way too much to tell you about, but I know you'll throrughly enjoy the New York Stat Fair.
