For the common cold- rub Vicks ( methol) on your chest and put some on your nose. The vapors will open up your sinuses and the stuffiness will disappear. Gargle with mouthwash at least 3 times a day.
For pimples- avoid eating junk food. Wash your face with a mild soap like Ivory or use baby soap. Wipe your face with witchhazel to deep clean your pores. Make sure your hands are clean before touching your face. This will help decrease the amount of bacteria that is causing you to break-out.
For headaches- I rub the temples on my forehead. Drink lots of water as dehydration can be the cause of your headache. Caffeine can help with the pain. For some reason, if I eat a little bit of chocolate, my headaches will go away.

Colds - lemongrass (herbal) tea, a Caribbean remedy. Worked for me when I had serious 'flu - it's powerful.
Pimples - splashing water on face and not using a face cloth when washing your face, since a face cloth spreads the bacteria that cause pimples, and drinking plenty of water.
Headaches - a good walk in the open air, somewhere quiet like a park, will clear it within an hour, but I find it's usually in about half an hour.

I believe that for pipples, you can make a poltice of alcohol, crushed mint leaves, and a little bit of honey. Apply to the face twice daily.
for headaches, rub 2 ice cubes on your nipples. The nipples have nerves which are associated with the head.
For a cold, sniff ammonia. It will clear sinuses and kill the germs causing the cold.
Sorry your parents are freaks.

Must be hard not to be able to take meds.
But here goes...
Common cold, is a virus and once you have it you have it. 100% of people have it in their systems its just a matter of it becoming active.
The only thing you can do for a cold is either keep your body strong and healthy. Try to stay stress free...that runs down the body!
Take Zinc (dosage as directed by bottle)
Vitamin A
Vitamin C
Garlic (helps in killing bacteria in your body)
Once you do have a cold: Your body will need as much strength to fight the virus so:
*Take hot liquids and broths (helps your digestive system not work so hard during your cold)
*Drink potato peeling broth twice a day (make it fresh daily)
*If you just have the sniffles (don't stay in bed) keep semi active.
*Goldenseal for mucus (be careful of dosage)
* Catnip tea enemas and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of lobelia tincture every three to four hours until fever drops. Go to a natural food store. Stuff is easy to find.
Flu is a different story so be careful and sensative as to how you feel.

for common colds - drink warm water or room temperature water if you need to drink. Do away from water from the ref.
Try not to eat a lot of meat when you have cold - this will make you cough. And so as doritos, those junk foods. Drink warm lemonade with salt instead of sugar before going to bed. (I mean drink - not sip) Stay away from yummy ice cream or anything that's in your fridge. Avoid eating food with animal fat like chicharon or crispy chicken skin. Try to be warm so double up and then change at once if you're sweaty already.
Pipples - (??) what is this?
Headaches - try to have a lot of sleep during the day - and eat on time. eat a lot of cabbage.
That should do it - that's what I do and it works for me.
