yeah i know gross, but this little greenish-white ball kind of thing came out from near the base of the top-right rear tooth. it smelled like god awfulness. any idea what that is or where it comes from?

Tonsil turds are irregularly shaped, whitish/yellow, foul-smelling globs of mucous and bacteria that get caught in the back of the throat. They form in the tonsil crypts which are simply small pockets or divots that appear in everyones tonsils. The scientific name for these white globs is tonsilloliths.

Hopefully you did not throw it away. I would put it in a baggy and go to a dentist and let him/her see it. They will probably be able to tell you exactly what it is. Do it soon though in case you have an infection of some kind. Good luck and remember to wash your hands after handling it so you do not spread any bacteria. yea, dats tonsil stones, dey form in da little crypts on ur tonsil, i know cuz i alwasy got dem when i was younger when i has strep throat, but now i have it all da time, it's been almost a year since i've had them permenantely, it's a ***** cuz when i wake up i have to look in da mirror,and poke my tonsils to get them to come out, and man, dey smell like ****, and when i brush my tongue, i have to also brush my tonsils or else it's gonna smell. it;s hard but u get used to doin all dis. but i'm savin up money so i can get my tonsils taken out within da next 4 years

It was probably a piece of food that got stuck in your tooth and then now fermented and rotted in there.

you have an infection in your mouth, if I were you I'd go to the dentist to see if he/she knows , if not, go to a doctor ASAP!
