Cause I was @ the batting cages, and I swung and like my skin bunched up, and I was like, ouch, not a lot though-I'm a maaan, then I swung again and ripped it open. THAT hurt lol. And everyoen was telling me that that's just gonna make it tougher and stronger. True?

It's not the blisters but calluses that toughen and harden your hands.. LOLz!

Blisters eventually form calluses, which are tougher skin. While you have the blister, though, it'll hurt. The raw skin can get infected, so you need to use a band aide until it heals. The trick is to stop just before you start to blister. Your hands will toughen up and it is much less painful that way. Until then, use gloves in the batting cage.

Kind of...when stuff like that happens to your skin it a lot of times leaves a little scaring. It may toughen the skin a little but that's it...It's not going to be anything that you'd really notice so don't go beating up your hands to make them tougher. ☺
