Baked, not fried, chips have the least amount of fat; but they can also be loaded with salt which isn't all that healthy. Go for baked, low salt chips. Even so, eat snack foods in moderation.

there is no such thing as healthy chips! stop eating potatoes altogether or at least have a small one boiled. if a handful of chips is about 500 calories or more and full of salt, now tell me isn't that a waste of calories? and a whole bag is what, like 1000 or more calories? you can never eat only a few. with 500 calories you can have a steak and a salad's worth of calories and you're full.

Sun chips, or anything baked, has little or no fat. If you're serious about dieting, that's what you'll spring for. Oh, and, you've probably heard this a million times, but I'm going to say it anyway: dieting doesn't do squat without EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE!
