I'm a male, 20 years old, 5ft 71/2 in. tall, 142 lbs. Firstly, am I even in puberty? I have a beard, but its not all over my jaw, and there isn't much body hair or growing pains, I think. I wanna be taller because I feel that many women around me are taller than I am (don't know if it matters, but I live in Texas). My dad is 5' 10", my mom is 5'2" (she says her father was well over 6'). I'm trying stretching, a little yoga, some cardio, I take Centrum and eat some fruits and veggies but mostly processed foods. I drink about 8 oz. of pure water a day and I sleep-in a lot (mainly weekends), but for 8 hrs on average. What else can I do to kick start the process? Or at least add muscle?

You need to talk with your doctor. It this really bothers you there is a window of time that growth hormones can help. He can refer you to someone who can decide if medication will help. There are even surgeries to your legs that can add inches to your height. But these procedures can be expensive.

Learn to love who you are, as you are. Work on developing a good outlook and personality and you will have lots of friends and girl friends. I'd rather have a great guy with a winning sense of humor and joy for life (regardless of how tall he is)
than some tall good looking... jerk.
Tom Cruise does OK and he's extremely short.

Your height is predetermined in your genes so technically no you can't no

A visual trick is to make sure your core or abs are strong. When you have proper muscles to hold up your torso it gives you the appearance of being taller becuse your body has the strength to hold up your torso and give proper posture.
