pain on the bottom on my cheek bone?

i have a pain unde my chin over to the right and every time i touch it it like really hurts in feels like its something in there anybody might know what it is?

How old are you? Are you on any prescription medication, pariticularly osteoporosis like medication. Boniva, Fosamax, Actonel can causes osteonecrosis of the jaw (dead bone). See your FMD or dentist immediately.

I would check with your Dentist.I had an infected tooth and those symptoms.
