im learning the windmill right now and my wrist hurts should i wait till i feels better or can i do it more?

Perhaps waiting one day between practice sessions will build up the strength in your wrists.

if your wrist is hurting now - its the same as you telling your assailant to " please stop - I don't want anymore." Get it?

If this is constant - carpal tunnel syndrom might be on its way to your wrist. Really bad, man. Don't use your arm for a while and give it a rest starting.................NOW!

PAIN IS WONDERFUL THING. IT TELLS US TO STOP DOING WHAT CAUSES IT AND DO DIFFERENTLY.
