Meatloaf....add a couple of eggs, some bread crumbs, so tomato sauce or ketchup and bake in the oven.
Spaghetti and Meatsauce or Meatballs if you have the time to make them.
Shepherds Pie
or Freeze the burgers for later. It's easy to throw the patties in the oven to make a quick dinner during the week.

Since they are just ground meat they can be used in any recipe you would use ground meat in (depending on size 3 or 4 should make a pound). You could make Tacos, spaghetti, lasagna or any other favorite ground beef dish. Also freezing should be done only if the meat was not previously frozen and if it was you must cook the meat 1/2 way then cool and freeze. Hope this helps!

make salisbury patties pie
1. crosant roles dough - pilsbury
2. cut the burger patties in onions and seasonings
3. cheese of your choice - mix them together if you like.
4. square glass baking tray
A. Cook the patties and onions with seasonings. mixing in gravy and fry for a bout ten minutes, medium heat.
B. Heat over to about 400 degrees.
lay out the crossant dough on the bottom of the pan and up the sides. Layout the patties and onions in the glass pan to a thickness of your choice mixed in the gravy. Now lay a layter of the dough acrosse the top sealing the bread pieces together. (pinch the edges together).
Place into over and bake until the dough is a golden brown. Let sit for about five mintues and then eat up.
You can use this with sloppy joe mix, chicken, pork whatever. It tastes great.

Bake pre made hamburger patties at 350 for 30 minutes or until done. I seasoned mine with garlic salt and pepper.
SALISBURY SAUCE:
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. beef flavored gravy base
1/4 tsp. dried crushed basil
2/3 c. water
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 15 minutes. Spoon over Salisbury Steaks.
Serve with rice or pasta. Family favorite!

Grilled Stuffed Pork Burgers
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds ground pork, preferably lean
1 cup mushroom, sliced thinly
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
olive oil
hamburger buns
PREPARATION:
In a medium skillet add olive oil, mushrooms, green onion, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool. In large bowl, combine ground pork, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

it is better to make meatloaf. at least cook it. I make spaghetti sauce and freeze it when i have too much ground beef. Cook it.
