No, when you join the British Military you swear loyalty to Queen and Country.
Being a Colonial Cousin outside the Commonwealth excludes you that right.

You would have to be a UK or Commonwealth Citizen. However, America has not been a member of the Commonwealth since you all threw our tea into Boston Harbour so therefore, you would have to give up your American citizenship and become British. I guess you can settle for second best and join the US Army.

I'm not sure. I know he can serve under british officers under Nato Guidelined missions. THat's a good question. i THINK he'd have to obtain citizenship first thoguh
