It's cross weight added from the right front and left rear tire. A car is set up by left side, rear and cross weight. Adding wedge (cross weight) tightens the car up in the corner, decreasing wedge makes the car looser. As Buddy Baker once put it, If the car is too tight it hits the wall with the nose, if it's too loose it hits the wall with the back.
