Do you have any suggestions on what design I should paint on my wall beside the sink and mirror?

I am renovating my beach house and I would like to have the wall of my bathroom painted with a sea theme. particularly where the sink is situated. Do you have any idea to share with me.I am lost .

Sea blue is a beautiful color with deep blues on the bottom sponge up lighter colors by mixing them a little at a time start with a little white and work up to create lighter and lighter blues. To do this you need a gallon of deep blue and white paint. I also suggest using a water proof and protective scrub-able epoxy (also protect against mold) like top secret coatings TS-100.

I would look into wall paper. It really isn't difficult to put on and unless you are artistic enough to paint sea shells or such it would solve your dilemma. At least looking thru the wall paper books would give you some ideas if you are able to do it yourself.

paint a mural where it looks like the water is falling into the sink with rocks and shells around underneath.

a beautiful sea blue color I hope - or maybe a ilme green - besides that I don't have any idea. It's all a matter of individual taste and preferences.

Try searching different faux finishes. I did my bathroom in a suede look, it looks great. Go to Sherwinwilliams.com, they have a great site with a bunch of different techniques. They even have one in a sand finish.
