Ask your doctor about the poop. But definitely tell the girl you like her. If the feelings mutual, tell her you don't have one when the relationship reaches that level. Have a talk with her about it and discuss a variety of other pleasure methods. Strap-ons, dildos, that sort of thing. If she won't have the discussion and starts laughing and making fun of you, then you need to find someone more mature.
