My Chihuahua - her height from floor to shoulder is a pens length. So Stand a pen on one end and that is how tall she is. She's 13 inches long.

She's a small dog. She can fit under coffee tables, behind couches, under some couches. She's 9 yrs old.

They are very small. I would say they weigh about 4 pounds and 5-8 inches tall. A Chihuahua should not be more than 6 pounds.

That all depends on the breeding.
I have worked witha chihuahua breeder and she had some that were very small.about teh size of a 1/64th diecast car box and yet another very oversized was 35 pounds about teh size of a small tricycle but the average ones that fall in teh standard ar about 4-6 pounds and about teh size of a cereal box lying on it's side

Depends entirely on the size of their sire and dam - I've seen chis so small they were a joke - couldn't be put outside, the bugs are bigger, then again I've seen some as big as a jack russell.

Mine was 4 lbs, about the size of a big beanie baby.

A small one would be comparable to a loaf of bread, but they can be as big as a pack of 6 toilet rolls, perhaps bigger.
The bigger dogs are actually healthier and less prone to the common health problems associated with small dogs, like brittle bones, arthritis, lowered immune system.

It really depends, well-bred ones are pretty tiny but I've seen some "chihuahuas" from pet stores or BYBs that are as big as a small spaniel.

chihuahuas get to be about 2 foot talland about a foot long unless its a toy chihuahua (the small ones)

About the size of a small loaf of bread. So smaller than a bread box.
