I am 21 and i am only 5ft tall. I have been this height since i was 16 and it is really annoying because all the girls are taller than me. Is there anything i can do to increase my height and will i be noticed.

Look up "how to grow taller" on Yahoo's search engine or Google. I heard they have this guide you can buy that tells you how to increase your height by up to 4-6 inches. No surgery, no hormones(although you can try that, I think). I think it just tells you what to eat, what exercises, how to juice the pituitary gland. It says age doesn't matter whether you're 16 or in your 50s. It might be a complete fake or a scam but I've seen alot of those sites. Sounds promising though. I'm 5'9" and I still feel dwarfed by tall people. So, what the heck-give it a try if you want.
About finding a mate. Unfortunately, many women(note I didn't say all)do prefer taller guys. I've read it has some evolutionary link that women prefer tall men because of better protection and possibly bear offspring that will be tall too. Then the changing face in today's world...survey I've read, women might relax their standards if the shorter guy makes more money than the tall guy. Now it's who can support them better..
It's not over for you, to many women height isn't everything. For example, there are some really ugly guys with very beautiful women. Why is that? Women are more oriented towards what they hear rather than what they see. Men are more visually oriented.

im short too. It looks like your going to have to deal with it. You will probably have to either have to find a girl thats even shorter than you. Theres a decent amount of good looking girls that are under 5'. Dont listen to the girls that sugarcoat that height doesn't matter. Looks generally dont matter to girls but height is the exception. Most girls wouldn't even think about dating a guy your height. But some will. Im only 5'5" and I only seem to be attracted to girls as tall or taller than me. It sucks because you cant do anything about it. However I did once meet a guy your height and he was a chick magnet. Just learn to deal man.

How tall are your parents? There is a very small chance that you will grow more -- I think that you've achieved your maximum height by now. There is nothing wrong with being 5 feet tall. I'd rather be with a man that is 5 feet tall and funny, intelligent and wise than a 6 foot buffoon with the personality of a banana slug. Any day.

no there is nothing you can do. exercise wont help, nothing will. there is a procedure that makes you grow....but its illegal for healthy people. its for an abnormal cause that the pituitary glad doesnt function correctly. this glad makes the hormones to make you grow. lol learned this in biology two years ago. haha but i dont have to worry about this. Im 6' 5" and im only 17. sorry man. theres plenty of girls out there that would date a short guy. dont worry about your height. youll be fine

Nope...you're what you're going to be. You can wear tall shoes but that's it...there is nothing that will cause you to increase in height, outside of really expensive, terribly painful surgery.
Confidence will help you get noticed, no matter what you look like.

Dan sorry but if you are 21 you've pretty much reached your ideal height. But please do not dispare as there are many females who just love shorter guys. My lady is 5'7" and I'm only about 5'4". But I am in a wheelchair so reality is that I'm probably about three and a half foot when we are in public together. But this certainly does not bother my wife and although others may look at us, I just say the hell with them.

It is very unlikely.
I am sure that you have followed every highway available before talking to us here. But remember one thing, women love kindness, generosity and most of all to be loved.
You just display these qualities and the women will find you no matter how tall you are.

No .. most guys stop growing at 21.. Height means nothing. Work on personality and self confidence.
