Are you sure you need to lose 10 lbs.? You look like a growing kid to me, and while growing is never a good time to diet. So I'm going to assume you're 16-18 and know for a fact that you're overweight.

Cut out the soda and chips in your diet. Eat only candy bars with peanuts in them. Walk a mile or so 4 days a week. Never skip breakfast.

At that rate, you should have lost the 10 lbs. in 8 weeks.

If you want to do it quicker, and I'm thinking you do, cut out all the empty calories in your diet--look at the nutrition on the back and if it only has less than 4% of one or two vitamins and nothing else, don't eat it. Eat lots of fresh veggies & fruits. And run a mile then walk a mile 5 days a week.

Try that, sweetie.

Losing weight is pretty easy: burn more calories than you are consuming. Eat a clean diet, do any form of exercise, and you will lose weight. To speed up the process, you can significantly reduce your caloric intake and greatly increase your exercise regimen. Don't eat less than 1000-1200 calories per day.

Some tips:

Don't eat simple carbohydrates (candy, soda, pasta, white rice, white bread, etc.).

Eat right after exercising. That's when your body needs food the most and will use it most efficiently.

Don't skip breakfast. It starts your metabolism first thing in the morning.

Don't eat after 8:00 at night (at the very least, no carbs). Your body is slowing down and will store the food as fat because it won't need it until the following day.

Eat as much veggies as you want, get enough protein (fish, chicken, tofu), and eat healthy fats as well (olive oil, nuts).

Good luck.

i know one. If you're still growing (depending on ur age you should be more specific if you want help) then I advise only eating 1700 calories a day and exercising. Try that.
