To be fair, I've had grays since I was 18-19. Not that I'm terribly worried-curious, rather-I was just wondering how common that is, and if there are things I should know about it.

My hair started to turn gray while I was in grade school. By the time I graduated HS, I had a lot of gray. It turned white right after that. But many in my family did also. I think it is more a family trait, than anything else. White is better than bald, so don't worry about it.

I've had gray hair since I was 16-17 and now I have lots (I'm 24). I think mine is genetic because my family started getting gray hair around that age too. I just let it be I don't care ♥

Gray hair at a young age can be from genetics, medical problems, or stress. My mom started getting grays at 20, and now at 45, she has a full head of gray hair. Many people get pre-mature grays. You can always dye your hair if you want.

I think it might be common because I once heard a story about a girl who found a gray hair at 9, and that singer Taylor hicks (sorry if thats spelt wrong) his hair is like all gray and hes young.. and Lots of the asian kids at my school have gray hair from lots of stress in china, and I was talking to one of them about it and he said by the time his dad was 18 all his hair was gray.. and this kid was like gr.10 and i think he might of even had it in gr. 9 and like ya his hair was gray too.. i think its from stress :S

I've always been told that gray hair stands for wisdom.
While its not as common as winning the lottery or having acne it depends on your past history, generations of family. Be PROUD, and where a daily smile with it.

I don't think there are any products that cover your greys that washes right off...It's hereditory, I've been getting random strands of greys since I was 17, and now I've got a lot of strands throughout my whole head...I also used to dye my hair and I don't want to anymore either...Hmm..Ya know they do make a covering product used to cover root grow in until a next dye job for women, I think it sold at a store..It's like a mascara. Give it a try!

Well it's heriditary, ask you parents when they started graying. Sometime when people are under high stress they can grow gray hairs.
