***********STUFFED MEATLOAF
2 lbs. ground beef
Beef Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated carrots, optional
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to box directions; set aside. Crumble ground beef in large mixing bowl; add all other ingredients except stuffing. Mix well using hands.
Place on sheet of foil big enough to wrap meatloaf for baking. Flatten meat mixture out; add stuffing mix on top. Using edge of foil nearest you, begin to roll meat mixture and press together all edges. Now completely wrap loaf with foil. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Try these for a change:

Lemon Barbecued Meat Loaves

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 cups fresh bread crumbs (about 4 slices)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup minced onion
1 egg
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/2 cup catchup
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
6 thin lemon slices

Preheat over to 350. Grease 13x9 baking pan. In large bowl, mix well the ground beef, fresh bread crumbs, lemon juice, minced onion, egg and seasoned salt. Shape the mixture into 6 individual loaves; place in baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile prepare ther sauce: In small bowl combine the catchup, brown sugar, mustard, allspice and ground cloves. Mix well. Spoon the sauce over the loaves in the baking pan and top each one with a lemon slice; bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally with sauce from the baking pan.

this is called sweet and sour meatloaf and it is GREAT!!
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 tsp. instant minced onions
1 can tomato sauce divided into 2 parts
TOPPING:
1/2 can tomato sauce
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. mustard

mix together beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and eggs. add onion, and 1/2 can tomato sauce. form into a loaf and bake @ 350 for 50 minutes. in a saucepan combine topping ingredients, bring to a boil. pour over meatloaf and bake for 10 more minutes.

this receipe is awesome, i was a little scared to try it at first but my grandma gave it to me, so i made it and i would never make it any other way again. hope you like it.

pork/beef mixture (sold in grocery stores) mix crushed crackers, egg, onion and a little ketchup in the meat. Shape into loaf in pan, cook at 350 for 30 mins, remove drain grease, cover top of meat with ketchup, pour over tomatoe sauce and bake an additional 45 mins.
