I use several authentic Mexican food recipes that call for vinegar so don't worry it is an easy fix. Add sugar a little at a time until the flavor is balanced. The sugar also helps to tame the natural acidity of the tomatoes. Happy eating!
PS Adding more tomates will only add more acid for those that do not understand flavor balancing!

EWWW vinegar in salsa... What a horrible mess.... Well, you can add more tomatoes, onions and green peppers.. How much is too much? Did you add a splash or did it just dump out ? I don't put vinegar in my salsa. I use lemon juice/lime juice and canned pickled jalapenos/fresh...

say u put 1 cup extra, make the recipe again with out the vinegar, add it to ur 1st batch and u'll have more but salsa is good :)

why did you use viniger... ... i dont know what kinda salsa you did but if its mexican salsa... just add more tomatoes to it... good luck

when I do that I add just a bit more water and some more of the other ingredients so it doesn't get too watery in texture
