We absolutely do not follow Satan and a Christian who says that is not a true Christian. We have more rules and regulations.

Well first of all, that is just a stupid response. There are a lot of 12 year olds on yahoo answers, so it is either a 12 year old, or just someone who is ignorant.
We do not follow Satan. Last time I checked, Jesus was on our cross, and we believe he died for his sins. And since Jesus is the opposite of Satan, I am not too worried about it.
Certain religions rely on "outward" signs of faith. Catholics do this the most. But Protestants or Evangelicals think Catholics will not go to heavan because we are not "saved". Ok, well, if getting up in front of a group of people at age 13 and saying I am "saved" is required by Jesus, then guess not. This is their only "outward or public requirement". But we define our salvation in other ways, so who cares.
Live and let live. Am I going to hell? Ok, well, I'll meet you there. ;)

I am a Christian and I do not say that. The bible says the only way to heaven is faith in Christ. Yes good works will follow but the key is faith in Christ. Catholics believe in Jesus.Do we have differences yes. But maybe instead of focusing and fighting about the differences in our denominations we need to stay focused and fighting the true enemy. Satan

It doesn't make me angry; it's so ridiculous that I just ignore it and move on.
This is only the extreme end of a long list of erroneous statements people love to make about the Church. And not one of them changes the truth.
I do think those who take every opportunity to assert that Catholics are unsaved, brainwashed, members of a cult, etc., etc., are overly concerned about what others do rather than looking to their own relationship with Christ. But that's between Him and them.
By the way, CJ, I'm still praying for you.

Well, as there are many reasonable objections to this, I will not provide the reasons to not "buy it" because you will get those in abundance, but I would say that such a christian who stated that would be ignorant of not only church history but also utterly ignorant of the catholic church and what it teaches.

Aah I see that CJ is still at it to which I say rotflmao. Even Atheists and other non Christians know that Catholicism is a part of Christianity and that Catholics are Christians. In fact the Catholic Church is the first Christian Church while Fundamental/Evangelical Protestantism and everything else branched off of the Catholic Church. If anything some people show their ignorance and lack of understanding when they say things like that.

Hello,
It is a foolish comment. If I want to follow Satan I do not go through "accused" middle men like the Roman Catholic Church, I go directly to Satan and join a church like Anton La Vey's church of Satan in San Francisco or join a club of great evil and debauchery like the Hellfire's club in 18th century England.
Cheers,
Michael Kelly

Catholicism is the original christianity before some medieval rebels decided they were sick of it and decided to create their own religions.
The Catholic Church is always the one that is able to exorcise people in horror movies, and in real life. Apparitions always come to catholics. So it must be the true path of Christianity.
Catholics do not follow satan, I believe that would be the satanists. They are very miseducated if they think that.

These answers show ignorance in Christ's Church and an uncharitable attitude towards Christ's faithful. It shows that there is very much hatred against the Church which was created by Christ and the disciples in favor of man-made beliefs and practices. It shows a lack of fear for God and His commandments that one would bear false witness against His Church. May we all pray for God's mercy for those so lost in hatred, so that they may find love and charity.
In Christ

It's hilarious and it's is meant to rile up Catholics who really look at this stuff and laugh just like they look at the junk from the evil one. We KNOW Jesus and nothing can take our relationship from us unless we ourselves do it. I especially like the one about the "Pope and his LITTLE group of followers"---hey, we are not such a "Little group". Just pray for these people and most importantly LIVE who you are.
Does CJ stand for crazy junkie?
