do u have to go to doctors for ur ulcer?is there home remadys to get rid of it or make it feel better?also does anyone else feel like barfin alot cuz of the ulcer. i feel so sick cuz of mine.i cant get to the doctor today and my ulcer hurts so bad i want to barf and that pains back and i just got a sharp pain in my back.what can i do thanks.

Are you sure it's an ulcer? I thought I had one, thought I was going to die from pain and vomitting for months and found it is was gastroenteritis (can't spell it) which is an inflammation of the intestinal and stomach linings. You should see a Dr or go to the ER right away if you are vomiting or passing any blood.
If you have been diagnosed with an ulcer you can try drinking milk to coat your stomach, my husband always does that when his bleeds. Take pepcid or zantac for the pain and to stop the overproduction of acid. If you do have an ulcer, there is no way to "get rid of it". Some heal over time, some never heal. You need to be on a prescription acid reducer/controller like Nexxium or Previcid. Prilosec OTC may help, but I've never had any success with it, only with prescription strength. Have you been diagnosed with an ulcer? Many times people have a bacterial infection which antibiotics clears up completely.

ya i would see the doc. my sister in law just had one and it really hurt her. they can bleed and it needs ti be burnt if its bleeding
